Returns Policy & Process

If you are not 100% satisfied with your Vibe LA Sunglasses, you can easily return or exchange them within 14 days of purchase. Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. You will not be refunded if there are scratches on the lenses. Returns will be processed within a week of receiving them.

1) Email us at with your order number to let us know you would like to initiate a return. Please indicate if you would like a refund or exchange.

Our customer support team will get back to you to confirm we received your request.

2) Then mail your glasses back to our warehouse to the address below with a note in the box stating your name, order number, and if you would like a refund or exchange. If exchanging for a different style, please notate what style you would like instead. Please send us the tracking number of the package.

3) Once we receive your return package it can take a week for us to process your return (exchange) and issue your refund to the same payment method originally used. You will receive an email notification when your refund or exchange is processed. Shipping charge will be deducted from the total payment. It's $4.99 for USA and $7 for internationals.
